P.S. "The Twelve Chairs" is a novel by Ilya Ilf and Evgeny Petrov, written in 1927 and being the first joint work of co-authors. In 1928 it was published in the art and literary magazine Thirty Days (Nos. 1-7); in the same year published as a separate book.

LOT #19144. An excellently preserved pre-revolutionary pack of cigarettes (cigarettes) "Consent" of the 2nd grade, Odessa Tobacco Factory of the heirs of A.M. Popova, Odessa. On the pack there is a trademark and a star of David (Judaic), as well as other informative information. Color: blue-green. The packaging (pack) is also made and printed in Odessa, as indicated by the stamp on the end of the pack, it has a rectangular shape. Size: 85 x 53 x 22mm
P.S. Cigarettes are tobacco products made from yellow fermented tobacco (see Tobacco). Cigarettes in the years consisted of a sleeve, the part of which, not occupied by the mouthpiece, is called the cock. The latter was filled with a mixture of aromatic and skeletal fibers cut into fibers.
