As an experiment for the officers of the Navy, the USSR Ministry of Defense Order No. 55 of 1964 introduced daily removable shoulder straps 6 cm wide with a field of black silk silk with the edges of instrument cloth, the same as gleams, colors (Figures 32 - 33).
