P.S. “Russian warship, fuck you!” is an Internet meme, a phrase uttered by a Ukrainian border guard in response to a Russian warship’s offer to surrender. The event took place during the attack on Serpent Island during the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the "Russian warship" - the participant in the event was the flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet missile cruiser "Moskva", and the author of the phrase was the Ukrainian border guard Roman Valentinovich Gribov.
The phrase began to be actively used from February 24, 2022 in connection with the events in Ukraine in various fields: media, culture, art, at mass actions; as well as widely used by officials, artists and politicians.
Further fate of the event participants: Roman Gribov, after the exchange of prisoners, was awarded; the cruiser “Moskva” sank on April 14, 2022 (according to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation - as a result of an explosion of ammunition and subsequent towing of the ship to the port, according to the Ukrainian side and the opinion of experts - as a result of a missile attack by the Naval Forces of Ukraine on April 13, 2022 complex "Neptune"
