P.S. “Russian warship, fuck you!” is an Internet meme, a phrase uttered by a Ukrainian border guard in response to a Russian warship’s offer to surrender. The event took place during the attack on Serpent Island during the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the "Russian warship" - the participant in the event was the flagship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet missile cruiser "Moskva", and the author of the phrase was the Ukrainian border guard Roman Valentinovich Gribov.
The phrase began to be actively used from February 24, 2022 in connection with the events in Ukraine in various fields: media, culture, art, at mass actions; as well as widely used by officials, artists and politicians.
