P.S. Vasily Arefievich Prisovsky / A. Ovenberg (1861-1917) was a famous salon composer of the late 19th - early 20th centuries. Also a composer, author of patriotic marches, romances and fantasies, bandmaster of the military orchestra of the 132nd Bendery Infantry Regiment.
