P.S. The Communist Party of Ukraine (KPU), until 1952. The Communist Party (Bolsheviks) of Ukraine (KP (b) U) is a political party of Ukraine. Existed from 3-5 December 1917 to August 30, 1991. June 19, 1993 recreated and legally valid at the present time. Until 1991, it was one of the largest party organizations of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, being (as in all Soviet republics, except the RSFSR) a formally independent, separate party. Under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine, the Institute for the Problems of Socialism and the Party School operated.
On December 16, 2015, the Kyiv City Court banned the activities of the Communist Party of Ukraine [6] due to de-communization and a ban on propaganda of relevant ideas. As of August 2018, this decision has not entered into force and the party is acting legally.
