P.S. The Alexander-Vladimir Order Ribbon is used for wearing with a medal “in memory of Emperor Nicholas the First”. Visually, the fabric was half the Alexander and half the Vladimir tape. This insignia was intended for pupils of military educational institutions and was issued on October 29, 1896 according to the Highest Command announced by the Minister of War.
